What is Individual Computer Instruction?

Individual Computer Instruction is one-on-one personalized computer assistance and instruction that takes place in your home or office—at your convenience. You will learn on your computer, using your software, working on the content of your projects—at your speed.

What is Group Instruction?

Group instruction is for more than one person at the same time. The content is agreed upon before the session and is tailored to specific content.

Using an external hard-drive, flash/thumb drives, and/or cloud services like DropBox and Google Drive.

BASIC SKILLS

Operating systems, how to use the mouse, creating a new folder, renaming a file, moving files and folders to different locations, using cut & paste, using copy & paste, deleting, page set up for printing, backing up on a CD

INTERMEDIATE SKILLS

Editing pictures, setting up tables, creating address labels, emailing pictures, creating a newsletter, merging files, creating a PowerPoint sideshow.

ADVANCED SKILLS

On a case-by-case basis, depending on the software application…
